I am the underlying supporting peace found throughout everything. I am felt as peace, stillness, the ongoing presence of love. I am mostly unseeen, but every now and then I am seen as the presence in a smile, the light in the trees, the mist on a lake, the scent of a flower, the heart presence of a friend or family member. I quietly wait for everyone to notice me. I never leave you and love you just as you are. I am the presence in your heart, in every heart. When you cry out for help I come to you in so many ways.
